I probably won’t have time to do this every day, but I will sure try. I definitely need it. I started today by making myself a proper lunch and NOT WORKING after getting home. It’s a small thing, but it’s a start. It’d be better if I went to bed at a normal time, but … Uh. No. 

I don’t know why the hell I can’t get myself into bed at night, even when I’m exhausted. :(

Does anyone have any tips on what to bring to lunch at work? We started cooking for ourselves about a month ago, but then the people in the office next to ours complained and now we can’t use the kitchen for warming our meals. 

So … Any ideas for healthy lunches that you can prepare the day before?
